File Limitations

Accuity recommends customers use files no larger than 7K to ensure their advertisements appear quickly and are easy to read. Advertising files larger than 12K will not be accepted.

Size Specifications:

The dimensions are 120 pixels wide by 60 pixels high.

The advertisement may be static (one image) or animated (not to exceed three images). Animated advertisements will have a maximum of three rotation cycles.

Please send your image in GIF or JPEG format to Tom Toussaint by attaching it to an e-mail message.

The naming convention of the image should not exceed eight (8) characters, for example, ('newad.gif')

Your ad will be hyperlinked to an address of your choice.

In the text of the e-mail message (not the attachment) please specify the connecting URL/http address to link to your advertising.

Submission Lead Time

Submission of the graphic file and URL is required at least two week prior to placement.

Accuity Creative Services

If you are unable to produce an advertisement meeting the above specifications, Accuity can contract its marketing communication services. An advertiser may hire Accuity's creative services on a 'time and materials' basis billed at a rate of US$200 per hour. There is a minimum billing charge of US$500 for this service. An addenda to the advertisement contract will have to be executed and submitted prior to work beginning. Accuity Creative Services requires four weeks for the creation of advertisments.

Advertisement Changes

Accuity allows for the placement of one advertisement per each contracted position within the licensed term. An advertiser may replace a given ad for an additional fee of US$500. An addenda to the advertisement contract will have to be executed and submitted prior to the change. The specific advertisement to be replaced must be clearly identified by location in TGBR.

Change Lead Time

Changes to advertisements already running must be submitted two weeks in advance of the change.
